Physicians, please Email us with additional questions or to express interest in becoming one of our referral physicians. Please give us complete contact information, and tell us whether you have already tried our treatment protocol. When using our CSM treatment protocol, we ask that it be followed precisely because less satisfactory outcomes may result from modification. Referral physicians may at times have the opportunity to participate in multi site clinical trials and to potentially co-author a paper on the results.

If you wish to receive referrals, we must have on file a copy of:
- your medical license;
- curriculum vitae;
- face page of malpractice insurance

Referral physicians must have on site a F.A.C.T. version of the VCS test (available for purchase at a discount through this website).

We answer Emails as quickly as we can, but we receive many Email inquiries. If you are Emailing questions, please look for answers to your questions on our site before Emailing. Alex, our webmaster, will refer questions to Dr. Shoemaker. Please be patient in waiting for a reply. At times, it takes more than a week for Alex to reply.

Prior to launching a new version of this website in June, 2002, the earlier version had been online for about a year and a half. Over 3,600 registered users had taken the preliminary and VCS tests. About half of the test results were positive for potential chronic, neurotoxin-induced illness. We do not know exactly how many of those used our treatment protocol with their local physician, or the outcome for all that did. We do know, however, that many used the protocol with success, and that many others were successfully treated by Dr. Shoemaker or another physician.
